Exchange and return policy:​

If by any chance you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving the package.No item can be returned after that period. The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in its original packaging and with all the labels attached.

Only if the item is faulty or if we made a mistake with the order, the parcel will be collected at no cost for the customer. In any other circumstances the customer will pay for the returning shipping costs.

Once the item is received and checked, MADBASKET S.L. will proceed to the refund or the shipment of the new item.
